1. Who we are
Rokhsiti is a free online platform that helps people in Jordan prepare for the driving theory test: lessons, road signs, priority rules and practice questions.
Rokhsiti is operated from Amman, Jordan by Skyfall Enterprises ("Skyfall", "Rokhsiti", "we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 (the "PDP Law").
You can contact us, including about your personal data, through the Contact page on rokhsiti.com. Please choose or mention "Data protection" in your message.
2. Who this policy is for
You must be at least 15 to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to your account, and you confirm at sign-up that they have. Section 6 explains what we do differently for under-18s. You can read the lessons and signs without an account where the site allows it.
3. What we collect
Account data. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, the city you choose, and your age (a number you select at sign-up). If you are under 18, we also keep your confirmation that a parent or guardian agrees. We store a password only as a one-way hash, never in readable form. We also keep your chosen licence type and your language and light/dark preference.
Learning data. Which lessons you open, your practice-test attempts, your answers and scores, and your progress.
Messages. What you send through the Contact page: your name, email address and message.
Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and server logs. We use these to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
Analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies and are 18 or over). Events such as sign-ups, licence-type choices, lessons opened, practice tests started, and advertising slots seen.
What we do not ask for. We do not ask for your national ID number, passport number, payment card or bank details, or precise location. Please do not send them through the Contact page.
4. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

You can withdraw consent at any time (section 11). Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
5. Advertising
Rokhsiti is free because driving schools pay to appear on it. We show ads from driving schools in the city you choose when you sign up. Every ad is labelled إعلان / ADVERTISEMENT. Advertisers receive only totals (for example, how many times an ad was shown in a city). We do not give advertisers your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies. If you click an ad you leave Rokhsiti, and the advertiser's own policy applies.
6. Children and under-18s
- You must be 15 or older to register, and you tell us your age at sign-up.
- If you are under 18, you must also tick a box confirming that your parent or guardian agrees.
- For users under 18 we do not use analytics cookies and do not show interest-based advertising. Ads based on the city you chose are still shown.
- A parent or guardian can ask us to see, correct or delete their child's data at any time through the Contact page.
7. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers who help us run Rokhsiti, and only as needed:
- Hosting, network and file storage: Cloudflare.
- Database: Neon.
- Email delivery: an email service provider we choose for sending account and support emails.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Embedded video (only if we add lesson videos): YouTube, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you click play.
We may also disclose data if a court or competent authority requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users. If Rokhsiti is ever transferred to another operator, your data will move with it under the same protections and we will tell you first.
We do not sell your personal data.
8. Transfers outside Jordan
Our providers run data centres outside Jordan, so your data is stored and processed outside Jordan. Under the PDP Law we only transfer data to providers that give it a level of protection that is not lower than the PDP Law requires, or where you have been informed and have agreed. By creating an account you agree to this transfer. You can withdraw your consent by deleting your account (section 11).
9. Cookies and similar technologies

10. How long we keep data

We may keep longer what the law requires us to keep.
11. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold and give you a copy;
- correct, complete or update it;
- withdraw your consent;
- delete your data and your account, as far as the law allows;
- stop or limit certain uses.
Send your request through the Contact page on rokhsiti.com, using the email address of your account. We may ask you to prove who you are. We will reply as soon as possible and within the time limits in the PDP Law. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Council or the competent authority in Jordan if you believe your data was handled unlawfully.
12. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the competent authority as the PDP Law requires, and explain what you can do.
13. Links to other sites
Rokhsiti links to advertisers and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you on the site or by email before the change applies, and update the date at the top.
