Terms and Conditions

Rokhsiti (رخصتي) · rokhsiti.com Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Skyfall Enterprises ("Skyfall", "Rokhsiti", "we", "us"), the operator of the Rokhsiti platform at rokhsiti.com and its mobile web app (the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is, and what it is not

Rokhsiti is a free learning aid for the driving theory test in Jordan. It offers lessons, road signs, priority rules, reference material and practice questions, and information about the licence path.

Rokhsiti is not a driving school, a licensing authority or a government service. We are not connected to the Public Security Directorate, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department or any examining body. We do not issue licences, book tests or give legal advice.

3. Accuracy and no guarantee

  • Our content is based on a Jordanian driving-school manual and on Jordanian legislation, and has been reviewed. Laws, signs, speed limits and test rules change.
  • If anything here differs from an official text or an instruction from the authorities or an examiner, the official text or instruction prevails. Please check important points with the licensing authority.
  • Practice questions are our own learning exercises. They are not the official test, and the real test may differ.
  • We do not promise that you will pass the test or get a licence, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service, including on the road. Always follow the traffic law and the signs and signals you see.
  • If you find a mistake, please tell us through the Contact page so we can fix it.

4. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 15 years old, and you tell us your age at sign-up. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and to your account, and you confirm at sign-up, by ticking a box, that they have.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
  • We may refuse or close an account that breaks these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • copy, scrape, resell or republish our lessons, questions, signs or other content in bulk, or use them to build a competing product;
  • try to get around security, reverse engineer the Service, or put a heavy or abusive load on it;
  • use another person's account or pretend to be someone else;
  • send us unlawful, abusive, misleading or malicious content, including through the Contact page;
  • remove or alter advertising labels, credits or copyright notices.

6. Our content and your licence

The Service, its design, text, questions, original artwork and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own study. All rights not expressly given are reserved.

Some road-sign images come from Wikimedia Commons under their own open licences (public domain, CC0 and CC BY-SA 4.0). We credit them on our Credits (المصادر) page, and their licence terms apply to those images. Our own redrawn signs and marking diagrams are unofficial illustrations made for teaching. The official signs on the road always prevail.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Service without payment.

7. Advertising and third parties

Driving schools and others pay to appear on Rokhsiti. Ads are labelled إعلان / ADVERTISEMENT and are not part of our lessons. An ad is not an endorsement, and we do not check or guarantee what advertisers offer. Any dealings you have with an advertiser or any other site we link to are between you and them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data around advertising.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop any part of it, including features, content or the whole Service. We will try to give notice of major changes. We do not guarantee that your progress data will be kept for ever.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent allowed by Jordanian law:

  • the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or for any failure in the test, application or licensing process;
  • our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service, which is zero because it is free, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Jordanian law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by using the account settings or the Contact page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires. When your account ends, sections that by their nature should continue (such as 5, 6, 9 and 12) continue.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter we will give notice on the Service or by email before they apply. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem informally. If we cannot, the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to go elsewhere.

13. General

  • Language. These terms are published in Arabic and English. If they differ, the Arabic version prevails.
  • Whole agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If a part is invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • Not giving up rights. If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not lose it.
